Predict student performance and assess engagement to drive school-wide change.

Prolytics Logo

Easily identify the curricular changes needed to improve school-wide PSAT/SAT scores.

Measure your students' connectedness to your school and their preparedness for the future.

Predict which students are set up for academic success and failure at your school.

Prolytics is an easy-to-use web application that allows high schools to predict how their academic courses are preparing students for the PSAT and SAT. This allows schools to identify where to make targeted curriculum changes to support college readiness. Prolytics also assesses school climate and identifies students at-risk for academic disengagement to help you with proactive support.

Using Prolytics, superintendents, principals, curriculum directors, and data teams can identify school-wide strengths and weaknesses to improve PSAT/SAT scores, school climate, and college/career readiness. An educational psychologist also provides support with interpreting the reports you generate in Prolytics.

Prolytics is the ONLY software available that allows schools to easily perform these analyses themselves without having to hire an expensive consultant.

TRY PROLYTICS

Perform PSAT/SAT trend analyses over time with cohorts.

Prolytics is the only software available that performs trend analyses with PSAT/SAT data. Export your course data from a SIS like PowerSchool and upload these data along with your SAT and/or PSAT data from the College Board to Prolytics. With the step-by-step analysis tool in Prolytics, you can easily see how your cohorts are doing over time to gauge the impact of curricular changes.

Predict how your courses are preparing your students.

Using Prolytics, easily see how your high school courses are predicted to prepare your students for the PSAT and SAT's measured skills for college readiness. At a glance, see into the future if your courses are predictied to be in the College Board's green, yellow, or red areas of readiness.

Measure your high school's student engagement, students' preparedness for the future, and more.

Prolytics uses two internally-developed surveys that have been rigorously analyzed for reliability and validity: The Student Engagement and Self-efficacy Survey (SESS) and the Self-efficacy for Academic Success (SEAS) survey. With these surveys, Prolytics helps schools identify how students are prepared for the rigors of school and can predict if students are likely to succeed or fail academically in the near future. With these data, schools can identify where targeted improvements can be made on a school-wide level or on an individual level. Trends are reported over time to gauge the effectiveness of school-wide change to aid with data-driven decision making.

Self-efficacy is the level of confidence a person has in a task he/she can perform. Self-efficacy has been shown in numerous research studies to be a predictive factor of performance -- a reliable metric for measuring students' future success. The SESS measures students' self-efficacy with their preparation for the future, their connectedness to their school, and their preparedness for the PSAT and SAT. The SEAS measures students' self-efficacy of academic achievement, enlisting social resources, and self-regulation skills.

Developed and supported by an educational psychologist.

Having worked over 20 years in the public school and university systems, I realized there wasn't an easy-to-use application to aid with performing statistics for data-driven decision making in high schools. With my background in computer science and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, I spent three years developing Prolytics. I wanted to create an affordable tool that schools can use to easily analyze data and bring about positive change, both academically and behaviorally.
